My entire life has given me opportunities to prove myself, as a daughter, a student, a member of the United States Navy, a wife, a mother, and a foster parent. I approached each moment of adversity with trust and perseverance, each victory with joy and modesty, and each with gratitude. All of these opportunities have made me the woman I am today and the kind of leader it takes to stand up for what is right, not what is easy.

One of my proudest contributions to our great nation was serving 12 years in the Navy, and 3 of those years with the United States Marine Corps, 4th FSSG. After my time in the military, I used my GI bill and graduated from East Tennessee State University. After graduation, I spent a few years as a Radiologic Technologist, and then worked for a well-known medical company. Fast forward to the pandemic, I started my own company where we were awarded software contracts by the Department of Defense and offered specialized services to the Department of Energy.

Beyond my professional life, my family and I opened our hearts and home to foster children, particularly those born into difficult circumstances. It is a cause close to my heart, and it reflects my commitment to creating a better future for every child in New Mexico.

All of my life experiences have led me here, to New Mexico, where I see our national pride dwindling, our children suffering, our economy lagging, and our communities broken from violent crime. It’s time to change the status quo, stand up, speak out, and restore freedom and opportunity to Albuquerque and New Mexico.
